I have formed collaborations with many businesses in the past, supporting them by enabling them to be compliant with Halal standards (HMC in the UK), offering support for long-term growth, and changing the game for businesses in the fast food industry, navigating them to definite success.

OGS – Strategic Brand & Franchise Growth

     I worked closely with OGS to support and scale their operations, focusing on three core areas:

 

  • Brand Development: Provided strategic input to strengthen brand identity and market positioning during key growth stages.
  • Franchising Support: Assisted in structuring and refining the franchise model, enabling successful replication of the business across new locations.
  • Supply Chain Advisory: Advised on optimizing supply chain processes to support expansion while maintaining consistency and quality.

 

 

 

     This collaboration contributed to OGS’s transformation from a local business into a scalable, franchise-ready brand.

THE kebab house

     I worked closely with The Kebab House as a Halal Franchise Consultant, where I was involved in:

 

 

  • Providing strategic consultancy on development of a scalable franchise model tailored to halal food operations
  • Leading the streamlining of internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency across locations
  • Advising on brand growth strategy, including location expansion and competitive positioning
  • Directing and supporting of internal branding efforts, including signage, visual identity, and customer experience design.

 

 

 

 

     This collaboration contributed to the transformation of The Kebab House into a sustainably-growing franchise, embodying true strategy to improve all around the business.

Caboom sauces – Brand Growth & Market Advisory

  I’ve supported CABOOM Sauces in building and scaling their brand, with a focus on the Halal and quality food markets.

 

     My contributions include:

 

  • Brand Growth: Helped expand brand reach by connecting CABOOM with my network of businesses and strategic partners.
  • Halal Market Expertise: Advised on product positioning, branding, and market strategy tailored to the Halal consumer base.

Alpha Insights Consultancy – Halal Market Investment Advisory

  Through Alpha Insights, I advised Middle East-based investors on the growing opportunities within the global Halal market.

 

     My role included:

 

  • Market Intelligence: Provided insights into strategic growth areas within the Halal industry, with a focus on food, retail, and consumer trends in the UK and EU.
  • Investment Strategy: Guided investors on how to effectively enter and scale within these markets, identifying high-potential sectors and business models.
  • Results: This advisory led to successful investments in the UK and EU Halal economy, supporting both new ventures and established brands.

 

 

     This project highlights my ability to bridge market expertise with investor strategy in the global Halal sector.

Isla Mondial (France) – Market Expansion & Product Strategy

  Isla Mondial is a leading French manufacturer of high-quality, non-stun Halal charcuterie, with an annual turnover exceeding €70 million.

 

  I was brought in to support their growth strategy beyond France.

 

  • EU & UK Expansion: Advised on market entry and strategic positioning for expansion into the UK and broader EU markets.
  • New Brand Launch: Consulted on new product development (NPD), ensuring alignment with consumer demand and compliance with Halal standards.
  • Growth Strategy: Provided monthly growth targets and a clear roadmap for scaling operations and distribution across target regions.

Gojra Spices – UK Market Penetration & Growth Support

  I provided strategic advice and guidance to Gojra Spices as they worked to expand their footprint across the UK.

 

  • Market Expansion: Supported the brand’s efforts to grow nationally by leveraging my established retail and wholesale network.
  • Strategic Guidance: Advised on brand positioning, packaging, and distribution tactics tailored to the UK spice market.
  • Sales Enablement: Facilitated access to new sales channels and helped identify key regional opportunities for growth.

 

 

  This project contributed to Gojra Spices’ ability to scale and compete in a crowded and competitive market.

Heavenly Delights (HMC approved Halal sweets)

    I worked with Heavenly Delights as a Business Development Consultant where I enabled the business to diversify its reach into different regional markets and also by develop its retailing.

 

 

  • Developed a comprehensive retail and wholesale strategy to relaunch the brand in the UK market.
  • Within four weeks of launch, secured a major export contract worth over £100,000 for distribution in the U.S. and Middle Eastern markets.
  • Successfully introduced the brand to the UK retail sector, securing placement with a major mainstream retailer.

 

Summers Poultry Products

  I worked with Summers Poultry Products, again, as a Business Development Consultant.

  • Advised on strategic direction to refocus operations for sustainable business growth.
  • Streamlined internal processes to improve efficiency and support scalability.

Mustashar – UK Distribution & Market Entry Support

  I worked with Mustashar to guide the development of its UK distribution arm, with a focus on building a strong presence in the retail food sector.

 

 

  • Distribution Strategy: Provided hands-on support in shaping the UK market approach, with a particular focus on independent retailers.
  • Market Access: Leveraged my network to open doors, facilitate key introductions, and expand product reach across the UK.

HMC (Halal monitoring committee)

  I worked with HMC as a Business Development Consultant where I have:

 

  • Collaborated with the UK’s leading Halal certification body to expand its national presence.
  • Played a key role in increasing certified retail outlets across the West Midlands.
  • Led initiatives to grow certification in both retail and wholesale sectors.
  • Organised awareness campaigns through radio, Islamic centres, and billboard advertising across the UK.

National Halal Food Group

  I worked with National Halal Food Group as a Business Development and Marketing Consultant where I have:

 

 

  • Led the marketing strategy for the National Halal Food Group’s product lines within major retailers including Asda and Tesco.
  • Supported business growth through the expansion of in-store concessions and strategic brand positioning.
  • Contributed to the development and execution of the rollout strategy for the frozen product range.
  • Played a key role in expanding the business from independent operations into the retail and hospitality sectors.

 

Confidential Projects – Foodservice Sector

  I supported the growth of a foodservice company from a single unit to a network of three warehouses across the UK with brand growth and QSR expansion
